Employee Engagement

We take a unique approach to Employee engagement, and student, stakeholder and volunteer engagement:

  1. Engagement begins with self-awareness — give your employees the tools and support they need to increase self-awareness.
  2. Go beyond surveys: Employee surveys and “pulse” surveys are only a starting point, and they don’t empower employees (in fact, they create expectation that management will “fix” employee complaints).
  3. Give employees ownership of their data: Our approach puts employees in control of their own data and allows them to share anonymously when they choose. Surveys take data from employees.
  4. Measure engagement in real-time:  Use tools that allow you to monitor engagement during meetings and events.
