On our Reports page, you can graph out longer periods of time and drill down to see your Median baseline and trend line for individual items:
With this important data about your inner states, you can measure if your anxiety, for example, is higher than you want it to be. You can then take action (see Change) and measure the effectiveness of the action. Perhaps you decide to meditate for 20 minutes each morning in an effort to calm yourself and reduce your anxiety — did it work? Look at your new data and see if your anxiety level has dropped.
